Summary[edit]

Description
English: Hydration of the protein-protein interface region of lysozyme in the D1.3-lysozyme complex. Out of 48 crystal waters, only three crystal waters remain at the protein-protein interface during the entire simulation (represented as colored spheres). All other water molecules within 4 Å of the protein-protein interface region are represented as blue spheres.
