Summary[edit]

Description
English: Representative time-lapse movie of 007-induced cell spreading. A549-Epac1 cells expressing GFP-Lifeact were trypsinised and allowed to roll for 1 hour before plating out onto fibronectin in the presence of 100 µM 007. Filming began approximately 30 minutes after cells were first applied to the fibronectin. Images were captured every 5 minutes through the 63×objective, and the movie rate is 7 frames per second. The scale bar represents 10 µm.
