Summary[edit]

Description
English: Videos were compiled from z stack images at 200× magnification displaying B16F1 cells and hMSC in large vessels and in the overlying capillary plexus. Vessels were counterstained after cell injection by lens culinaris agglutinin rhodamine injection. Images were acquired on a spinning disk confocal microscope using StereoInvestigator software. (S1) B16F1 cells were found primarily in the overlying capillary plexus. (S2) hMSC located beneath the capillary plexus in a larger vessel.
