Summary[edit]

Description
English: Reade's pumping engine house, Hallenbeagle Once housing a 60" or 70"(sources differ) beam pumping engine on the Hallenbeagle copper mine, this Victorian engine house is a well-known landmark beside the railway. Although a grade 2 listed building, plant life and failing wooden lintels are steadily weakening this structure, which also needs underpinning on three sides.
