English: Red Woods north of Inkpen Hill The edge of the wood in this image marks the eastern edge of this square. The plantation is named 'Red Woods' and, rather curiously, is a different shape to that shown on the 1:25K map. The representation on the 1:50K map is more true to life. The hot-air balloon is drifting towards the viewpoint on a light easterly breeze. |
