English: Airmen from the Puerto Rico Air National Guard and State Guard, Fatality Search and Recovery Team, remove fatalities from the incident area during Operation Borinqueneer Response Exercise, Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center, Salinas March 19, 2015. OBR is a Puerto Rico National Guard earthquake and tsunami exercise between the Chemical, Biological, Radiological Nuclear, Enhanced Response Force Package elements of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard Search and Extraction Decontamination Team, 156th Medical Group, FSRT and Federal and State local emergency first responder agencies to test the operational capability of each organization.
