Title
English: Rialto Court Apartments, Seattle, after 1906
Description
English:

PH Coll 794.177

The Rialto Court Apartments, 1729 Boylston Avenue, are still there as of 2020, and the exterior looks pretty much the same. The building visible at right is also still there, though the house on the left has been replaced by a parking lot.

Property records say the Rialto Court Apartments were completed 1907, so "after 1906" seems a more-than-safe dating.
