Description
English: St Paul Gate, also known as Porta Haynduieli, formed part of the Ghajn Dwieli Curtain in the Cottonera Lines. Originally there were seven gates included in the Cottonera lines, St. Paul's and Notre Dame gate were designed from the start to serve as the main entrances. St Paul Gate was demolished to make way for the new Ghajn Dwieli Docks in the 1870s.
