Description
Nederlands: Het ontbrekende stukje voor het afschaffen van het depositogarantiestelsel is een depositobank, en die zijn we nu aan het oprichten stelt Richard van der Linde, voorzitter Stichting Full Reserve.

Alle banken in Nederland zijn allemaal Fractional Reserve Banks, met andere woorden betaalverkeer en kredietverlening loopt door elkaar heen en daarmee loop je risico. In Full Reserve Bank heb je wel alle betaalfuncties maar geen kredietfuncties; geen risico maar zo'n bank bestaat nog niet.

Volgens Van der Linde wordt de marktwerking verstoort door het depositogarantiestelsel. Als je de twee functies van een bank uit elkaar trekt hoef je ook geen gebruik te maken van het depositogarantiestelsel, al het geld wordt gestald bij de Centrale Bank, in Nederland DNB.
