Description
Euskara: SARSCoV2 coronabirus-aren egitura eta genoma.

SARSCoV2 Coronaviridae familiakoa eta 2b taldeko beta-koronavirus generokoa da. Baltimore sailkapenaren arabera IV taldeko birusa da. Birus honek 100-160 nanometroko tamainako estalkia dauka. Estakian, kanporantz proiektatzen diren S Glikoproteinaren trimeroz osatutako espikulak daude. E proteina eta M proteina, birusaren mihiztadurarako ezinbestekoa, estalkian lokaliztuta daude ere. Barruan, nukleokapsida helicoidala kokatzen da, birusaren genomaz eta inguruko N proteinaz osatua. Genoma 30 kb inguruko, kate bakarreko eta sentsu positiboko RNA molekula da. Bere egitura RNA mezulariaren antzekoa da, 5' muturrean kapela dauka eta 3' muturrean poli adenina isatsa. 5' muturrean proteinak erregulatzailetarako kodetzen dituzten geneak daude eta 3’ muturrean egiturazko proteinetarako (S, E, M, N) kodetzen dituztenak. Gene erregulatzaileak bi irakurketa gunetan antolatzen dira (ORF1 eta ORF2), hauetatik eratorriko dira, besteak beste, PLpro eta 3CLpro proteasak, RNA menpeko RNA polimerasa entzima(RdRp) eta helikasa (Hel).
