DescriptionSaint Paul skyline, West Side (cropped).jpg | Saint Paul skyline, Mississippi River and Harriet Island from the West Side neighborhood: left to right the seven tallest buildings: The Pointe of Saint Paul, the first major high-rise in St. Paul to be converted to condominiums, in early 2003; Travelers Building, the tallest building in downtown St. Paul without direct access to the city's skyway system; The tallest building is the former Minnesota World Trade Center, which was renamed Wells Fargo Place on May 15, 2003; Landmark Towers features offices on floors 1-19. The top floors of the building are condominium units; First National Bank Building was the tallest in St. Paul from 1930 until 1986. The tower atop the building supports a large red flashing "1st" which can be seen for many miles in all directions; Behind and left is the Jackson Tower at Galtier Plaza which was the tallest building in St. Paul for one year, until the 1987 completion of Wells Fargo Place; Far right, The Kellogg Square Apartments is the tallest all-rental apartment building in St. Paul. | |||
