English: When plotting a trend over time, the components can be positively or negatively correlated, or can oscillate. As the feedback loops become nonlinear, trends bifurcate and amplify. As non linear feedback loops become greater, the trends begin to bifurcate along each line. Eventually, we reach chaos.
