Description
English: Black cats were condemned as companions of Satan and allies of witches at the time of the witch hunts. Even today they are still occasionally seen as a bad luck charm.
Deutsch: Schwarze Katzen wurden zur Zeit der Hexenverfolgungen als Gefährtinnen des Satans und Verbündete von Hexen verdammt. Auch heute werden sie gelegentlich noch als Unglücksbringer angesehen.
