Summary[edit]

Description 3200–3220 1st Ave S, Sodo, Seattle, Washington. Former warehouses repurposed for retail. The blue building is the old Stetson-Ross Machine Works, who manufactured industrial planers and band-saws as well as drilling and mining equipment. Co-owner George W. Stetson, one of Seattle's lumber pioneers, had this building constructed in 1914 the same year the Stetson-Post Mill at the foot of Dearborn street shut down for good after 38 years of operation.
