Summary[edit]

Description Rear (west) view of the remnant of 415 Boren Avenue N., Seattle, Washington, USA, the former C.B. Van Vorst Building. Article on 415 Boren Avenue N. on the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods site. The building is a Seattle City landmark. At the time this picture was taken, the block was undergoing major construction work to become part of the new headquarters of Amazon.com. All other buildings on the block were fully demolished, as was roughly the rear two-thirds of the Van Vorst Building, with the remainder gutted. The remnant of this landmark building will be incorporated into the new Amazon complex.
