Summary[edit]

Description "The Northern Hotel on First Avenue South" from brochure Seattle and the Orient (1900). This is the building now known as the Terry-Denny Building (and, indeed, "Terry Denny" can be seen on the cornice in this image), 109-115 1st Ave. S. between Yesler and Washington. All but the ground floor is now loft apartments.
