| Description |
English: The “Shake-N-Bake“ fire test, 4 openings, 16m² assembly, largest firestop opening ever tested anywhere 9.3m² or 100ft² (which is the minimum size to qualify entire wall test samples). The name reference is because the penetrant on the bottom left hand side of the front view on the exposed side was moved 4cm (1-9/16”) in 3 axes in advance of the fire and hose stream test. After letting go of the pipe, the firestop (BFB Kit) moved the pipe back into the original position on its own. This is a series of 10 pictures showing before and after a 3h fire test with a 2.1 bar or 30PSI hose stream test.
Deutsch: Die “Shake-N-Bake“ Brandprüfung eines Prüflings mit 4 Abschottungen, 16m² Gesamtgröße. Die größte Öffnung ist 9,3m² oder 100ft² groß – die größte Abschottungsprüfung der Welt. Diese Größe würde auch eine gesamte Wand gemäß diverses Prüfungsnormen qualifizieren. Der Name der Prüfung kommt durch die vorherige Bewegung des Durchbruches unten links, von der Brandseite aus gesehen. Das Rohr wurde in 3 Achsen über 4cm oder 1-9/16“ vor der Brand- und (2,1 bar oder 30PSI) Löschwasserprüfung bewegt. Die Abschottung ist das sogenannte BFB Kit. Nachdem das Rohr nach den Bewegungen jeweils losgelassen worden war, hat die Abschottung das Rohr selbstständig in die Originalposition zurückbewegt. Dies ist ein Bild innerhalb einer Serie von 10 Bildern, die den Prüfling vor, während und nach der Prüfung zeigen. |
