Description
Deutsch: Siegesallee in Berlin 1903 oder früher. Im Vordergrund Denkmal für Albrecht II. (ca. 1150-1220), vierter Brandenburgischer Markgraf und Enkel Albrechts des Bären, jüngerer Bruder seines Vorgängers Otto II.. Eingeweiht 1898 in der ehemaligen Berliner Siegesallee, geschaffen von dem Bildhauer Johannes Boese. Zur Zeit gelagert im Kreuzberger Lapidarium.
English: Siegesallee in Berlin, 1903 or before. In the foregrund the memorial commemorating to Albrecht II (c. 1150-1220), fourth Margrave of Brandenburg and grandson of Albert the Bear, younger brother of his precursor Otto II. Inaugurated 1898, created by the sculptor Johannes Boese. At the present stored in the Lapidarium in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
