Summary[edit]

Description

One of two slave cabins on display at Harper House. The Battle of Bentonville took place March 19 - 21, 1865 near Bentonville, North Carolina in Johnston County. It was one of the last battles of the American Civil War. Today it is a North Carolina State Historic Site.
