Description
English: Replication of Her1 and Her13.2 protein knockdown experiment. Simulated clock-wave in fifty identical cells for model III parameter selection, except the value of the control protein Gmax was set to 1% of its regular value. Red bars represent cells in the tailbud. Green bars represent cells that have entered the PSM.
