| Description |
English: Southend statue of Queen Victoria. The statue of Queen Victoria was presented to the town by Mayor Bernard Wiltshire Tolhurst to mark the Queen's diamond jubilee in 1897. It was originally situated at the top of Pier Hill but was moved to its present position on Clifftown Parade in 1962. She has lost her pointing right hand since pictured in September 2006 232015. |
