English: The spinal discs is a strong elastic pivot for each segment of the spine. Spine is the utmost support of the body but not everyone pays attention to the spine unless it starts to pain. The spinal health can affect the health of the overall body. The motion of the lower back and neck in all directions depends on the spine. The overall wellbeing of a person greatly depends on the wellbeing of the spine. A minor issue in the spine can disturb the general lifestyle.

Poor spinal health is a result of insufficient exercise, poor postures and bad sleeping habits.
