Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: St. Michael's, East Coker, Somerset The village is famous for being the setting of one of the 'Four Quartets', T.S Eliot's series of poems steeped in time and spirituality. Eliot was American by birth, but his ancesters came from the village. His ashes are interred in the south wall of the church. East Coker also happens to be a very pretty village, as can be seen from the photos on this square.
