Description
English: Mayor Julio Robaina and the city council pose for a photograph with the family of U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal 1st Class Luis Souffront during a street renaming ceremony in Hialeah, Fla., Feb. 7, 2009. Souffront was killed while serving in combat operations in Iraq.
