Description
English: Supplementary Movie 10 The degradation of AurA-GFP in spd2-null mutant neuroblasts expressing RFP-Spd2-WT (Spd2-WT rescued NBs). mCherry-Tubulin (red) and AurA-GFP (green) were induced by wor-gal4 driver. mCherry-Tubulin was used to monitor mitotic progression. AurA-GFP degradation in the Spd2-WT rescued NBs is comparable to that in control NBs.
