| Description |
English: A termite burrow is a subterranean labyrinth of tunnels and shafts. The termites create it in such a way that the conditions inside remain constant even in extreme heat and dryness and the interior is supplied with fresh air at the same time.
Deutsch: Ein Termitenbau ist ein unterirdisches Labyrinth aus Gängen und Schächten. Die Termiten legen ihn so an, dass die Bedingungen im Inneren auch bei extremer Hitze und Trockenheit konstant bleiben und der Innenraum gleichzeitig mit Frischluft versorgt wird. |
