Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Live cell imaging of long term organoid culture (10 months). Live cell imaging of the growth of a long-term organoid culture over 72 h immediately after passage and seeding of fragments in fresh Matrigel. After initial rearrangements of the folds, the organoid continues expansion and spheric growth, following a pulse-like growth pattern.
