THE building ordinances of the cityof Los Angeles have been re-drafted. One of the chief changesmade is the rearrangement of the exist-ing ordinances, the various regulationsbeing put in better shape for compre-hension by the layman. Other changes have been made in reg-ulations, however, which will have tobe taken into account by the designerand builder.
