English: The Eel Pie, Twickenham This is a picture of the then-new Eel Pie pub in 1982. At the time it offered a welcome alternative to the domination of Watneys and Courage pups in the area, and always offered a good range of well kept ales. The building was previously a pair of shops, as is apparent from the frontage. |
