Summary[edit]

Description
English: This is the Ancient Egyptian royal vulture pectoral which was found placed on the head of the mysterious late 18th dynasty pharaoh in tomb KV55 of the Valley of the Kings. This king was either Akhenaten or Smenkhkare of the Amarna period. The vulture was displayed at the "Isis y La Serpiente Emplumada" or "Isis and the Plumed Serpent" 2007-2008 art exhibition in Monterrey, Mexico.
