Description
English: Print of soldiers waiting on the front lines behind a barricade. Three soldiers and an African American man with a mule are standing and sitting around a campfire, while a group of other soldiers walks by. Others are standing along the barricade, and another group appears to be playing cards. "The lull in the fight" (written below image). "Copy-righted 1876 by E. Forbes." and "PLATE 34." (printed below image).
