The modernist high-rise was built in 1959 to the designs of Leroy Werner and RTKL Associates. Tenants include Academy for Educational Development, Africa Society of the National Summit on Africa, Alice Ferguson Foundation, Buca di Beppo, Center for Auto Safety, Center for Independent Media, Gymr LLC, National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities, Wnuk Spurlock Architecture, and Women Thrive Worldwide. It formerly housed the Civil Aeronautics Board headquarters. |
