TRAIN OF BALDWIN ENGINES EN ROUTE TO CHICAGO. The headway contemplated is 2y, minutes, and theaverage speed 16 miles per hour, but between stations 25miles can be made. The employes will include 20 conductors, as manyguards, 20 engineers, 25 firemen, 2 dispatchers, 5 tele-graph operators and train-starters and wipers, cleaners,hostlers and roustabouts, making a total of 250, exclu-sive of clerical force. The road is chartered to Seventy-first street, with apermanent spur through Sixty-third street, to StonyIsland avenue, and a temporary spur to the Worlds Fairgrounds. The road has established nineteen stations, as follows:Congress, Twelfth, Eighteenth, Twenty-sixth, Twenty-ninth, Thirty-third, Thirty-fifth and Thirty-ninth streets,Indiana avenue. Fortieth, Forty-third, Forty-seventh,Fifty-first, Fifty-fifth, Fifty-eighth, Sixty-first, and Sixty-third streets, and South Park avenue. ASSISTANCE ON GRADES.
