Summary[edit]

Description
English: Turquoise
Locality: Bishop Mine, Lynch Station, James River-Roanoke River Manganese District, Campbell County, Virginia, USA (Locality at mindat.org)
WOW! I keep a special eye out for this old classic material, notable as some of the world's finest crystallized turquoise, and I have NEVER seen for sale a plate as large and rich as this one! The pictures do not do justice to the natural sparkling brightness of these crystals; though in addition to its visual impact it has obvious mineralogical importance for the locality and species as well. 10.5 x 10 x 4 cm
Deutsch: Türkis
Fundort: Bishop Mine, Lynch Station, James River-Roanoke River Manganese District, Campbell County, Virginia, Vereinigte Staaten (Fundort bei mindat.org)
