English: MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Commanding general of II Marine Expeditionary Force, Lt. Gen. James F. Amos, addresses Marines from 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, as he presents the Lieutenant General "Chesty" Puller Outstanding Leadership Award May 23. The award, named after the legendary, highly-decorated Marine, emphasizes the high level of leadership, mission accomplishment, safety and force preservation by units under II MEF.
