Description
English: (Left to right) Incoming Commander U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Team San Diego, Cmdr. Eric M. Cooper, Joint Task Force Guantanamo commander, Rear Adm. David Woods, and outgoing Commander MSST Boston, Lt. Cmdr. Keith M. Utley acknowledge the official turnover of authority from Boston to San Diego. MSST provides 24-hour security to both the Joint Task Force and Naval Station.
