English: WASHINGTON (Oct. 13, 2007) - Chief Musician Yolanda C. Pelzer of the "Commodores" jazz ensemble and Senior Chief Musician John L. Fisher of the "Cruisers" contemporary music ensemble, sing a duet onstage at DAR Constitution Hall as part of "American Faces" the 232nd Navy Birthday Concert. The Navy Band with guest vocalist, Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Phil Stacey, a top-10 finalist on "American Idol," held its annual Navy Birthday Concert titled "American Faces" on October 13, 2007, to commemorate the Navy's 232nd birthday.
