English: KURO-SOKI, JAPAN (March 16, 2011) Naval Air Crewman Chris Tautkus, from Simi Valley, Calif., assigned to the Black Knights of Helicopter Anti-Submarine (HS) 4 embarked aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), uses a translation card to ask a Japanese man what additional supplies and assistance is needed in his area. Ronald Reagan is off the coast of Japan providing humanitarian assistance to Japan as directed in support of Operation Tomodachi.
