Fick 6 barn - Ulrika (1789-?), Bengt (1791-1825), Lars (1793-1869), Axel Ulrik (1797-1855), Sofhie (1808-1828) och Johan (1808-1891). Porträtt av Per Krafft den yngre (1777-1863). Målningen är i privat ägo.
