| Description |
English: Ullapool and the Stornoway ferry in Loch Broom Only those strong of spirit and of stomach should undertake a visit to Ullapool, because of the overwhelming stink of herring that pervades the whole place. On the ferry to Stornoway and back, I was thankful to be one of a small minority of passengers who did not vomit, though whether it was the rough sea or the herring stench I cannot say. |
