Ulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Deutsch: Fachwerkgiebelhaus Radgasse 30, 17. Jahrhundert, hatte während der Erfassung von 1974 ein Pultdach über dem ersten Stock, im Zuge der Sanierung kam ein weiteres Vollgeschoss und ein Giebel hinzu. Gelistet als Gebäude Nr. 299 auf S. 285 in Erwin Zint: Bilanzierung Historische Bausubstanz Ulm, 1993. Das gesamte Sanierungsgebiet „Auf dem Kreuz“ einschließlich dieses Hauses wurde 1986 unter Ensembleschutz gestellt nach § 19 DSchG in Baden-Württemberg, siehe S. 67 in Barbara Schäuffelen: Auf dem Kreuz, ISBN 3-00-003960-0. |
