| Description |
English: A quesadilla is a Mexican cuisine dish, consisting of a tortilla that is filled primarily with cheese, and sometimes meats, spices, and other fillings, and then cooked on a griddle or stove. Traditionally, a corn tortilla is used, but it can also be made with a flour tortilla.
In the picture you can see the quesadilla filling covered in cheese as it stretches all over the tortillas. Instead of tortillas, you can use chapatis, it won't give you the traditional taste but it will surely be satisfying in taste.
