| Description |
English: Verwood: the pub that crossed the road without moving The Albion Inn, close to the site of the former Verwood station, used to be on the south side of Station Road. However, about 20 years ago the road was rerouted to its present course, with the pub now on the north side.
To the right, we can see that the beer garden incorporates the space under the old railway bridge, across which Station Road used to run. See also 1225813. |
