Norsk bokmål: Vidkun Qusiling (født 18. juli 1887 i Fyresdal i Telemark, død 24. oktober 1945) var en norsk offiser, diplomat og politiker. Han ble først kjent som nødhjelpsarbeider i Sovjetunionen og nær medarbeider av Fridtjof Nansen, og var Norges forsvarsminister i to Bondepartiet-regjeringer 1931–1933. I 1933 stiftet Quisling det nasjonalromantiske fascistpartiet Nasjonal Samling (NS). Etter Tysklands invasjon av Norge i 1940 forsøkte Quisling, som den første i verden, å begå statskupp over radio, men kuppforsøket mislyktes ettersom tyskerne ikke var interessert i hans regjering. Vinteren 1942 kom han tilbake som sjef for en tyskstøttet regjering, og med tittelen ministerpresident ledet han sammen med den sivile administratoren for den tyske okkupasjonsmakten den norske statsadministrasjonen resten av krigen. Etter fredsslutningen i 1945 ble Quisling dømt til døden og henrettet for landssvik.
