English: View down Loch Scridain from near Tiroran. The cairns represent four generations of the MacGilivray family and marks the last spot where their home farm at Burg can be seen before carrying over the hill to the burial ground at Kilfinichan. Traditionally the burial party would rest here and partake in a wee dram. |
