Description
English: On the Madeira archipelago, the Portuguese Perestrelo found strange pieces of wood on the beach that could not have come from there. Christopher Columbus also read his notes. The discovery of America began.
Deutsch: Auf der Inselgruppe Madeira fand der Portugiese Perestrelo am Strand seltsame Hölzer, die nicht von dort stammen konnten. Seine Notizen dazu las auch Christoph Kolumbus. Die Entdeckung Amerikas nahm ihren Anfang.
