Description
Deutsch: Vor über 40.000 Jahren wanderten Menschen von Afrika nach Europa aus. Vor rund 5000 Jahren waren die Bewohner auf dem europäischen Kontinent noch schwarz. Andere Nahrung und weniger Sonneneinstrahlung führten zu Vitamin D-Mangel. Die Haut passte sich an.
English: Over 40,000 years ago people emigrated from Africa to Europe. Around 5000 years ago, the inhabitants of the European continent were still black. Different foods and less sun exposure led to vitamin D deficiency. The skin adapted.
