Summary[edit]

Description
English: Weigh hall in Pleidelsheim. It was built in 1935 to facilitate determining the weight of the tobacco harvest also on rainy days. The municipal weigh bridge and its control room were originally built in 1889 in the middle of Schiller Square in front of the Ochsen guest house. They were moved to the weigh hall when that was built. Tobacco production ended in 1990 and the hall is now used for determining the weight of cattle and as a waiting room for bus passengers.
