Description
Deutsch: Der Wohnblock Grögersweg 1-7 in Barmbek-Nord wurde von 1925 bis 1929 nach Plänen von Albert H.W. Krüger errichtet. Die aufrecht stehenden Backsteine bilden keinen traditionellen Verbund mehr, wodurch deutlich wird, daß sie lediglich noch Verblendfassade und kein tragender Gebäudeteil mehr sind. Der Block wurde am 10. März 1986 als Beispiel des Siedlungsbaus der 1920er Jahre unter Denkmalschutz gestellt.
