Stamp of the Yemen Arab Republic (North Yemen); 1969; commemorative stamp of the issue "Olympic Summer Games, 1968 Mexico - Cultural Olympiad - Paintings in the National Gallery in London"; stamp motive with a detail of the painting "Portrait of a young girl" by Jan Gossaert (1478-1532, also called "Jan Mabuse"); The depicted young girl on the painting is Princess Dorothea of Denmark (1520-1580), eldest daughter of King Christian II of Denmark and Isabella of Austria. (Christian II was deposed in 1523.); Jan Gossart (also: "Jan Gossaert", "Jan Mabuse") was one of the first artists who introduced the art of the Italian Renaissance in the Netherlands.; The painting was created between 1530 and 1532 in the style of the Early Renaissance and is actual located in the "National Gallery", London (UK).; stamp postmarked
